We can host your large conference or small meeting here at the Bristol Train Station. You can rent one of our smaller rooms or the entire venue. We can accomodate with an hourly pricing structure or an all day rental. Just contact us to plan your perfect meeting, conference or event. Non-Profits receive 25% off your booking. First time businesses receive 25% off your first booking with us.

Our accommodations include: WIFI, accessible on-site parking, event planner on staff, event manager for your large event, freedom to choose your own vendors or caterer. We can also use one of our partner vendors to plan refreshments and catering options so you are free to focus on your event. Tables and chairs are included as well as up to 7500 square feet of total event space and a beautiful covered outdoor space. Enjoy access to multiple rooms for your day-of events or break out session, fully integrated A/V for speeches or to play music, multiple restrooms located throughout for your guests convenience, unique historical location right on the VA/TN State Line, caterer’s kitchen (your caterer will LOVE our kitchen), and meticulously restored interior and exterior.
