The Bristol Hotel wants to help you celebrate Easter by offering an elevated brunch
at Vivian’s Table. Chef Jason van Marter has curated a special menu with classic
Easter dishes, enhancing Vivian’s Table’s already stellar brunch menu. Specialty
dishes for Easter Brunch include Chef’s famous sweet potato biscuits, horseradish
deviled eggs, Easter benedict, short rib mac and cheese and carrot cake cheesecake.
All of these delectable dishes – and more – will be available Saturday and Sunday
of Easter weekend during regular brunch hours, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
