Bristol BBQ is located on 730 Volunteer Parkway at the intersection of Weaver Pike. We are a drive thru only BBQ restaurant, we smoke all of our meat daily and on site in our special ceramic smokers, “The Big Green Egg”. We offer hickory smoked pulled pork, chicken, and baby back ribs. Everything on the menu is made from scratch onsite in our drive thru location.
