Discover Bristol Brings Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival World Tour to Bristol, VA, on March 5, 2022

The prestigious Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival (VIMFF) will add a new stop on their world tour with a debut in Bristol at the historic Cameo Theater on Saturday, March 5.

“We are excited to bring the VIMFF World Tour to Bristol, said Christopher Perrin, marketing director for Discover Bristol. “Our region is a wonderful place to discover the outdoors, and hosting an acclaimed outdoor film festival in Bristol allows us to celebrate an aspect that makes our community special.”

Each year, VIMFF takes award-winning and other selected outdoor films on tour across Canada, the United States, and worldwide. Its mission is to connect the global outdoor community with international filmmakers, creators, and speakers to celebrate and embrace mountain film and culture, outdoor sports, and environmental initiatives.

Attendees will enjoy an evening of curated films from the nearly 100 outdoor documentaries entered in the annual festival in Vancouver.

Join the Cameo Theater when the Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival World Tour presented by Arc’teryx brings the spirit of outdoor adventure to Bristol at 7 p.m. on March 5, 2022. Reserved tickets for the event are $10. Beer, wine, and refreshments will be available for purchase.
