Comedy band? It’s exactly what you think it is, a band that plays funny songs! Blasting out of Virginia in late 2019, Loathsome Wind combines the comedic influences of Weird Al, Tenacious D and Flight of the Concords with a touch of Frank Zappa and the Beatles.
Their sound is a mix of funky grooves about consent and proper discourse on dating apps alongside ballads lamenting the loss of adult relationships. And poop.
